You will lead strategic TA initiatives, optimize tools, and elevate the candidate experience. This is a high-impact, global role at a category-leading company redefining access to live entertainment. You will shape processes, metrics, and AI-driven improvements that improve efficiency and outcomes.

• Lead strategic TA projects from design to execution with stakeholder alignment
• Optimize recruiting tools (ATS, CRM, sourcing platforms, dashboards) and ensure effective usage
• Build and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reports to drive data-driven decisions
• Partner with Data & Analytics to ensure reliable, impactful recruiting metrics
• Define, monitor, and improve TA processes to align with global standards
• Identify risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities in recruitment and propose solutions
• Pilot AI-driven initiatives to boost efficiency and candidate experience
• Act as point of contact for key talent processes to ensure alignment and standardization
• Conduct post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned and share best practices

• 5+ years in Project Management or Consulting with exposure to Talent Acquisition, HR Tech, or People Analytics
• Strong analytical mindset with experience building metrics and dashboards (Excel, SQL, BI tools, ATS reporting)
• Solid understanding of recruiting processes and HR tools, with ability to improve and communicate them
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
• Fluent in English and Spanish; others a plus
• Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented with a focus on efficiency and continuous improvement
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to translate data into insights
