Sr. Brand Ads Specialist (They/She/He)

You’ll work closely with internal teams to grow brand presence and maximize impact across placements. This is a high‑growth role that combines strategic oversight with hands‑on execution in a dynamic startup environment.

• Develop and nurture long‑term partnerships with FMCG brands
• Act as a consultant to understand client business, category, and market trends
• Identify and maximize investment opportunities while meeting client requirements
• Coordinate and implement retail media initiatives across placements and internal teams
• Cultivate strong relationships with brands through frequent face‑to‑face interactions
• Audit and report key business metrics; analyse progress and identify new opportunities across verticals
• Collaborate internally with Qcommerce, Food, Legal, CRM to grow brand business

• 3+ years in Retail Media/Ads or related digital marketing/commercial roles
• Bachelor in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration or Marketing
• Commercial experience in negotiations with profit‑driven goals (e.g. JBP, commercial agreements)
• Lead acquisition knowledge across the full funnel (lead → prospect → client)
• Experience working with agencies (marketing, communications, digital) is a plus
• Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting and data‑driven insights
• Experience with data tools such as Salesforce and Looker is a plus
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Spanish
• MS Excel/Google Sheets proficiency
