Senior Product Manager - Fraud Prevention

You’ll steer real-time and pre-authorisation defenses and translate regulations into actionable product requirements. This role sits at the core of strengthening security as Ebury expands into new verticals and rails.

• Conduct research on emerging fraud trends and attacker methods to inform strategy
• Identify vulnerabilities and balance growth vs risk when designing security features
• Own and evolve fraud controls across transactional, document, and behavioural fraud
• Detect abnormal user behavior across onboarding, authentication, and payment journeys
• Translate control gaps into a clear product roadmap across multiple transaction types
• Collaborate with Operations, Compliance, Data Science, and Security to ensure effective controls
• Partner with Data Science on predictive model behavior in production (understanding inputs, outputs, thresholds)
• Design real-time and pre-authorisation fraud controls and define step-up, blocking, and friction strategies
• Work with Engineering on vendor integrations, data models, and system performance to support fraud controls
• Translate regulatory and risk requirements into precise product requirements

• 4+ years' experience as a Product Manager
• 2+ years developing Anti-Fraud products
• Experience in fintech, crypto, payments or regulated financial services
• Domain expertise in card or transfer/payment fraud
• Experience leading vendor evaluations and integrations
• Analytical thinking and involvement in system design discussions
• Ability to influence across functions and geographies
