As Senior Product Manager in the Financial Crime Intelligence domain, you own the Transaction Monitoring scope across fiat, crypto, card, and hybrid flows, partnering with Compliance, Engineering and Data to build scalable, regulator-ready controls.You shape the product strategy and roadmap, driving growth while reducing false positives and ensuring audit-friendly, explainable controls. You’ll work across product verticals and payment rails to support regulatory reviews and vendor integrations.

Compensaciones / Beneficios- Own and prioritise the Transaction Monitoring product area across multiple rails (fiat, crypto, cards)
- Define and execute the area strategy and roadmap aligned with domain goals
- Evolve monitoring rules, scenarios, risk typologies and predictive models (in production context)
- Drive false positive reduction, alert quality and operational scalability
- Collaborate with First/Second Line operations and Compliance to ensure controls are effective and audit-ready
- Coordinate with Data Science on predictive model inputs/outputs and thresholds (understanding models in production)
- Translate regulatory AML requirements into clear product requirements
- Manage vendor integrations (e.g. blockchain analytics, travel rule) and data schemas
- Support regulatory reviews and audits with strong product narratives
- Fintech, crypto, payments or regulated financial services experience
- 4+ years as a Product Manager
- 2+ years in AML/Transaction Monitoring products
- Hands-on exposure to crypto monitoring (stablecoins) or VASP compliance
- Experience with blockchain analytics tools (Chainalysis, TRM, Elliptic)
- Experience with travel rule tools (Notabene, Sumsub)
- Experience leading vendor evaluations and integrations
- Analytical mindset with ability to discuss system design
