In this role you shape the Name and Payment Screening domain within Ebury’s Financial Crime Intelligence product area, enabling safe, scalable access to global financial services. You’ll lead screening strategy, roadmap, and vendor integrations across onboarding, monitoring, and transactions, while driving AI-assisted false-positive reduction and compliance alignment.You’ll collaborate with engineering, data science, and compliance to deliver scalable, accurate screening that supports growth across geographies. Compensaciones / Beneficios- Own Name Screening & Payment Screening across onboarding, monitoring, and transactions for clients and counterparties
- Define area strategy and align with domain goals and company direction
- Create actionable roadmaps for fiat/fiat, fiat/crypto, crypto/crypto, and card spends
- Optimize sanctions, PEP, and adverse media lists to fit multiple compliance frameworks
- Use data/research to identify pain points and improve fuzziness scores
- Leverage AI for screening precision, risk-based matching, prioritization, alert scoring, suppression, and deduplication
- Stakeholder management with first and second line ops and compliance to ensure controls are effective and audit-ready
- Collaborate with Data Science on predictive models (understanding inputs/outputs/thresholds)
- Support regulatory reviews and audits with robust product narratives
- Translate regulatory and risk requirements into clear product requirements
- Work with Engineering on vendor integrations, event schemas, data models, and system performance and scalability
- 4+ years' experience as a Product Manager
- 2+ years working on Screening products
- Experience with fintech, crypto, payments, or regulated financial services
- Strong understanding of name screening, sanctions and watchlist concepts, matching logic, fuzziness, thresholds
- Experience with third-party screening vendors in regulated environments
- Experience leading vendor evaluations, integrations, and performance management
- Analytical thinking; ability to participate in system design discussions
- Proven ability to influence across functions and geographies
