You will work with global teams to accelerate impact for patients while maintaining IT and data protection standards. This role blends technology leadership with cross-functional collaboration in a fast-evolving healthcare environment.

• Lead technology strategy, investment, and lifecycle management for GMA-owned and influenced systems
• Act as Business Systems Owner for assigned platforms, aligning functionality with business needs
• Ensure data quality and governance in collaboration with Enterprise data teams
• Implement governance controls aligning with IT, e‑Compliance, and data protection standards
• Deliver analytics, reporting, and KPIs to enable data-driven decision making
• Identify and mitigate system risks and gaps globally and locally
• Develop and improve system SOPs and GOPs, and refine working practices
• Lead system enhancements, roadmaps, and deployment of new capabilities
• Drive change management for system adoption and effective usage
• Champion continuous improvement and integration of new technologies

• Significant experience in healthcare, technology, product management, or business transformation
• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences; advanced scientific or business degree desirable
• Strong understanding of drug development environments, including early research, clinical trials, safety, and data management
• Proven track record delivering high‑impact technology strategies or innovation roadmaps
• Strong governance and compliance knowledge
• Experience leading large matrix teams and influencing senior stakeholders
• High learning agility in complex, fast-evolving environments
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
