In this role you will shape and drive SAP Finance transformation programs for European clients, primarily in the Communication, Media & Technology sectors. You’ll lead cross-functional delivery, ensure value-focused outcomes, and cultivate trusted advisor relationships with senior stakeholders.The position sits within Accenture’s SAP practice, emphasizing thought leadership and large-scale SAP programs across industries. You will contribute to sales, governance, and program delivery, leveraging SAP expertise to accelerate client impact.

- Collaborate with clients to translate requirements into Finance solutions and provide expert guidance
- Lead end-to-end SAP Finance projects (S/4HANA Finance, SAC, Group Reporting) from design to deployment
- Develop innovative, customized approaches to meet client challenges and navigate uncertainty
- Build and maintain strong client relationships; act as trusted advisor to stakeholders
- Deliver compelling presentations to senior client personnel on SAP Finance value
- Lead commercial activities including client pitches, RFx, and sales campaigns for High-Tech industries
- Mentor SAP professionals and drive high performance
- Identify and mitigate project risks and stay updated on industry trends
- SAP-accredited or certified experience
- 10+ years in SAP finance consulting with proven S/4HANA transformation leadership
- Deep knowledge of S/4HANA Finance, SAC planning, Group Reporting; Real Estate knowledge is a plus
- Current knowledge of finance processes in CMT industries
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and stakeholder engagement
- Consulting mindset with ability to analyze complex problems and drive implementation
- Proven ability to work in fast-paced environments with multiple priorities and deadlines
- SAP certifications in relevant modules (e.g., S/4HANA Finance) are a plus
- English proficiency; German or French is an asset
