As a Senior Data Scientist in the central Candy Analytics team, you will drive strategic analytics projects that shape product direction and business decisions for 300M+ players. You will partner with cross-functional teams to turn data into actionable insights that impact roadmaps and feature prioritization.You’ll apply advanced methods to uncover growth opportunities and advocate for an insight-driven approach across product development. This role offers the chance to influence leadership decisions and scale analytics across the organization, in a dynamic gaming environment.

- Advanced analytical expertise with exploratory analysis, segmentation, regression, and causal inference
- Strategic thinking with ability to translate data into actionable business impact
- Experience collaborating with product teams, especially in gaming or entertainment
- Proficiency in SQL and Python or R for data analysis and modeling
- Strong data storytelling and communication skills for diverse audiences
- Experience in cross-functional, fast-paced environments
