As a Senior Data Scientist at Cint, you will develop next-generation AI solutions that power our product portfolio. You will bridge traditional research data with synthetic intelligence, focusing on research, validation, and delivery of models including LLMs for the Cint Exchange.You’ll tackle advanced data mining, validation, and sophisticated ML methods to augment human signals at scale. This role directly influences the strategy for Cint’s proprietary synthetic data platform and its market relevance. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to translate AI concepts into impactful, scalable solutions.
Compensaciones / Beneficios- Lead research, discovery, and development of ML models for synthetic row generation, open-ended text generation, and data augmentation
- Design and run advanced statistical methods and experiments to validate LLM performance and synthetic modeling hypotheses
- Develop on-demand and dynamic boosting logic, integrating models into Cint Exchange fielding workflows with Engineering
- Create refined profiling taxonomies from large datasets to build syndicated audiences
- Manage complex projects end-to-end with minimal supervision
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Strategy to align AI delivery with business goals, moving from MVP to scalable integration
- Produce prototypes and explanations that communicate complex Generative AI concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
- Minimum 5 years of Data Science experience with a track record of leading complex projects
- Master's degree in statistics, data science, or related quantitative field
- Deep understanding of Generative AI and LLMs for text generation and data synthesis
- Advanced knowledge of statistics: hypothesis testing, sampling theory, experimental design, causal inference
- Experience with a variety of ML techniques and their real-world trade-offs
- Proficiency in Python and ML/LLM development frameworks
- Advanced SQL skills and experience with large-scale databases
- Ability to research new methods and mentor juniors
