Experteer Overview
In this role you will manage end-to-end payroll for multiple European countries, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a positive employee experience. You will partner with People and Finance teams and actively enhance payroll and rewards processes.The position supports Wallbox’s international growth and commitment to fair, compliant pay practices. You will work across functions to resolve issues and implement improvements that scale with the business.
Compensaciones / Beneficios- Ensure accurate end-to-end payroll processing for employees in assigned European countries
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax, social security, and labor regulations to guarantee compliance
- Collaborate with People and Finance to ensure payroll data accuracy
- Identify and resolve payroll discrepancies or issues
- Oversee enrollment, modification, and termination of benefits such as health insurance and pensions
- Support rewards-related processes linked to payroll execution
- Collect, maintain, and process payroll data with confidentiality and data integrity
- Act as a point of contact for employees on payroll and benefits questions
- Perform regular payroll audits and maintain complete payroll documentation
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and best-practice implementations
- Collaborate in cross-functional and international projects
- Extensive payroll experience across multiple European countries
- Strong knowledge of local tax, social security, and labor regulations
- Experience with payroll software and external payroll providers
- Advanced Excel and data handling skills; database knowledge is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication, able to engage with employees across roles and cultures
- High accuracy and meticulous attention to payroll data and calculations
- Experience managing payroll outside Europe or with multiple international providers is a plus
- Degree in Labor Relations, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field; minimum 3 years in a multinational environment focusing on Europe
