In this role you will support payroll operations for non-US entities, coordinating with our managed service provider to ensure accurate, timely processing. You’ll handle monthly and off-cycle payrolls, special payments, and data updates in Workday, while ensuring regulatory compliance and data confidentiality.You’ll partner with HR to keep employee records current and drive payroll process improvements. This position offers exposure to global payroll, cross-functional collaboration, and a high-performance, inclusive work culture.
Compensaciones / Beneficios- Coordinate and approve monthly/semi-monthly non-US payrolls with local compliance
- Prepare off-cycle and manual payments with accurate calculations and system entries
- Process special payments (commissions, bonuses, severance, overtime) per local requirements
- Analyze processes to improve efficiency and best practices
- Resolve payroll queries related to earnings, deductions, and statutory withholdings
- Collaborate with HR to maintain Job data and benefits in Workday
- Review payroll system audits with provider and address discrepancies
- Prepare and analyze payroll reports and metrics for management
- Partner with team leads on project management initiatives
- Accounting or Finance degree preferred
- Minimum 3 years payroll experience in a corporate environment
- ADP and Workday knowledge preferred
- Experience managing payroll across multiple countries or regions; UK payroll a plus
- Strong Excel, Word, Outlook skills
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Ability to handle confidential data with discretion
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
- Cross-functional teamwork and ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines
