In this role you will shape and support global HR processes by driving SAP SuccessFactors modules (Compensation, Employee Central, Story Reporting) and HR planning activities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance reporting landscapes and implement innovative approaches.You will manage technical integrations, moderate workshops, and guide external providers to ensure aligned, scalable HR solutions. This position offers the chance to influence remuneration processes and reporting at a global scale, with a focus on data-driven improvements and innovation.
Compensaciones / Beneficios- Support and further development of SAP SuccessFactors modules: Compensation, Employee Central, Story Reporting
- Shape global processes such as annual remuneration, bonus rounds, personnel planning, and cost planning
- Develop and support HR reporting landscape (Story Reporting, Query Manager)
- Identify new technologies and AI approaches to optimize HR processes
- Provide technical support for integrations and interfaces
- Moderate workshops and shape HR processes with software dev, finance, BI, and IT operations
- Record and review new requirements and plan implementations considering processes and system architecture
- Coordinate and manage external service providers
- Completed degree in business informatics, computer science, business administration or a comparable field
- Several years of experience in managing IT projects, moderating workshops and designing business processes
- Good knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, especially Compensation, Employee Central and Reporting
- Comprehensive understanding of the SuccessFactors platform
- Strong analytical skills and enjoyment of working with data
- Structured and goal-oriented approach to work
- Very good German (C1) and English skills
