In this role you drive the strategic development and operational support of SAP SuccessFactors Succession & Development, shaping how talent is planned and grown. You collaborate with a cross-functional IT team to optimize HR processes and explore AI-driven improvements at scale.

You will oversee projects, manage external partners, and align solutions with architectural goals. This position combines technical execution with HR domain impact in a global, growth-minded environment. You’ll join the Corporate Process Technologies team to help advance digital HR initiatives across locations, including Málaga.

End-to-end responsibility for the support and strategic development of SAP SuccessFactors Succession & Development
Ensure stable operations and strategic expansion of the growth portfolio
Identify new technologies and AI-driven approaches to optimize talent management processes
Support cross-functional IT projects within Digital Services GmbH
Gather and evaluate new requirements and plan implementation within overall processes and system architecture
Coordinate and manage external service providers

Responsabilidades

Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration or comparable field
Several years of experience in leading IT projects, facilitating workshops and designing business processes
Solid knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, ideally Succession, Development and Employee Central, with a holistic platform understanding
Structured and goal-oriented way of working
Very good German and English language skills
