You’ll collaborate with People Partners and departments to solve HR requests and maintain accurate records. This position offers growth in a fast-moving fintech environment with mentorship and opportunities to shape global HR processes.

• Prepare, send, and update contracts and addendums in line with local laws
• Manage the ticketing system to respond to employee and partner inquiries and generate reports
• Report to Head of HRSSC and escalate high-risk issues as needed
• Maintain accurate employee data, absences, and HR records in the system
• Coordinate global mobility movements, contracts, and tax considerations with the People Partnering team
• Conduct regular documentation audits for compliance with local practices
• Assist with background screening mitigation
• Support audits and responses to local authorities and internal/external audits

• 1 year of HR experience with advisory or administrative responsibilities
• Highly responsive, organized, and deadline-driven
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
• Adaptable and resourceful in changing priorities
• Proactive, with strong teamwork and initiative
• Ability to influence senior management and build credibility
