In this Senior Analyst role within BCG Vantage, you work on AI and digital transformation topics to shape offerings, support proposal and client work, and build intellectual assets. You collaborate with case teams and topic leaders, delivering analytical insights and AI- and digital-focused guidance.You’ll help commercialize topics, support workshops and demos, and mentor junior colleagues, contributing to scalable IP and datasets. This role offers exposure to cutting-edge topics in a global team driving significant client impact.

- Support commercialization efforts through analysis, proposals, client workshops, AI demos, and marketing materials
- Contribute to development of intellectual property and assets; assist in onboarding and training juniors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across BCG Vantage and TDA network to deliver client impact
- 2+ years of consulting in digital or AI transformation topics, or 3+ years in industry with 4–6+ years preferred
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, digital transformation narratives, and enabling technologies
- Familiarity with Agile software development projects (helpful)
- Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills; data visualization experience (Power BI, Tableau) a plus
- Programming experience (Python, SQL) beneficial but not required
- Bachelor's degree; advanced degree preferred
- Fluent English; additional European languages a plus
- Strong business acumen, problem-solving, and communication skills
