Transformation Manager - BCG Vantage

Experteer Overview

You will collaborate with Vantage Leadership and cross-functional teams to develop new operating models and communication materials. This role offers visibility into a high-impact transformation agenda and a chance to influence how BCG Vantage scales change.

• Drive global cross-Practice and cross-Geographic market initiatives for the KTOF program, leading both design and implementation of solutions
• Develop new operating models and processes supported by analyses to advance business priorities
• Plan and prioritize initiatives with leadership; monitor progress, assess results, and resolve blockers
• Analyze complex data to inform value-driven recommendations and actions
• Manage interdependencies across diverse units and geographies to maximize impact
• Foster knowledge sharing and exchange of best practices at a global level
• Create professional change/communication materials (playbooks, sites, campaigns) and engage experts to craft compelling narratives
• Provide content and agenda support for Vantage leadership meetings
• Act as thought partner to Vantage Leadership including MDPs, Senior Director, and Directors

• 8-10+ years of relevant experience in billable, expertise-based professional services
• Bachelor's degree; Master's preferred but not required
• Experience working with senior teams in dynamic, project-based environments
• Understanding of how highly matrixed organizations operate, ideally within BCG or BCG Vantage
• Ability to lead complex, multi-project initiatives and guide teams
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to influence senior leaders
• Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, matrix environment with multiple priorities
• Analytical ability to make commercially focused decisions based on KPIs
• Strong project management and accountability with attention to detail
• Strong network within BCG Vantage or consulting teams preferred
