Experteer Overview

You will educate site users on secure practices and drive a practical security culture. You will manage risk, incidents, and remediation activities to keep the site audit-ready and compliant.

• Coordinate site-level audit readiness activities, evidence collection, walkthroughs, and action tracking
• Align security requirements with IT Operations, Physical Security, and Production; ensure evidence delivery at site level
• Advise site users on logical security requirements and audit expectations; raise awareness of gaps
• Maintain documentation and traceability of requirements, controls, evidence, and remediation actions
• Maintain visibility of information security risks and non-conformities; define and track remediation actions
• Support internal and external audits (GSMA/PCI/internal) including preparation, participation, evidence presentation, and action closure
• Execute and verify logical security controls; ensure activities are performed on schedule and evidenced
• Assist in incident handling by collecting facts, preserving evidence, and contributing to analysis and reporting
• Translate security and compliance requirements into operational actions; communicate with IT, Operations, and auditors

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
• English proficiency
• High level of Spanish
• Minimum 5 years in a similar or progressive ITSEC/security compliance role
• Experience in security and compliance operations within Windows-centric enterprise environments
• Strong experience in security control execution, verification, and audit evidence management
• Hands-on involvement in vulnerability management lifecycle tracking and validation
• Experience with MS Office, SharePoint, Confluence
