Experteer Overview

In this role you safeguard Lundbeck Iberia’s operations in Spain and Portugal by ensuring alignment with global policies and local regulations. You will support business decisions with compliant and ethical guidance, manage risk assessments, and oversee key processes such as CRM entries and legal documentation.

You’ll act as a trusted advisor to the affiliate and collaborate with cross-functional teams and the global compliance function. This position combines operational responsibility with strategic influence in a culture of accountability and openness.

Compensaciones / Beneficios

Oversee compliance processes and risk assessments across Spain and Portugal
Review key business activities including CRM entries and legal documentation
Ensure local activities align with global policies and local regulatory frameworks
Act as trusted advisor to the affiliate to enable compliant decision-making
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Commercial, Medical) and the global compliance team
Support business in navigating complex compliance landscapes and regulatory changes

Responsabilidades

Bachelor in Law (or related field)
At least 4 years of experience in compliance, legal, or regulatory roles
Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks in Spain and Portugal
Experience with risk management, internal audits, and compliance processes
Structured, pragmatic, and able to communicate complex requirements clearly
Ability to build trust across functions and challenge decisions when needed
