In this role, you enable data-driven commercial performance by delivering insights on pipeline, pricing, and revenue reporting within the Global Commercial Solutions organization. You partner with FP&A, Sales, and leadership to align operational data with financial reporting and drive commercial effectiveness.You will handle dashboards, forecasting metrics, and process improvements in a fast-paced, global setting. This position offers impact through improving reporting quality and supporting executive decision-making.
Compensaciones / Beneficios- Support the preparation and maintenance of commercial operations reporting, including pipeline health tracking and revenue recognition reporting
- Perform data analysis and monitor key operational metrics (e.g., forecasting accuracy, pipeline conversion) across RBUs and GBUs
- Maintain and enhance data models and reporting tools (Power BI, Excel, Snowflake) ensuring data integrity and timely outputs
- Collaborate with FP&A and Finance to align commercial data with financial reporting
- Assist in preparing Monthly/Quarterly Business Review materials and executive reporting packs
- Support process improvement initiatives within Commercial Operations
- Bachelor in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in commercial operations, sales operations, business analytics, or related function
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI, Snowflake, or SQL is advantageous
- Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce) preferred
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Effective communication skills; ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, global environment
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
