Experteer Overview

As Associate Director in Global Commercial Solutions, you design and govern the end-to-end commercial reporting ecosystem to enable data-driven decisions. You own the reporting catalogue, standardise metrics, and drive automation across RBUs/GBUs.
You’ll lead automated solutions with Power BI, Snowflake, and related tools, partnering with Finance, Sales, and regional leaders. You will act as the SME for commercial data, onboarding new units and enabling teams, while presenting executive-level analyses.

This role combines leadership, strategic reporting transformation, and cross-functional collaboration to elevate decision quality.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
  • Own and lead the Global Commercial Solutions reporting catalogue including pipeline, BNF, revenue and operational reporting, ensuring deduplication and best practices across RBUs/GBUs
  • Design and govern the commercial reporting framework with standards, data definitions, KPI taxonomies and templates
  • Develop and deploy automated reporting solutions using Power BI, Snowflake, Power Query, and other analytics tools to reduce manual effort and cycle times
  • Partner with FP&A, DSO/Cashflow, and regional Commercial Operations to align commercial metrics with financial reporting and improve accuracy
  • Serve as SME for commercial data and reporting, guiding regional teams on tools, processes, and best practices
  • Onboard new RBUs/GBUs to the standard reporting framework, create training materials, run enablement calls, and manage change communication
  • Produce executive-level reporting and analyses for ELT/CEO audiences (heat maps, risk ladders, strategic summaries)
  • Manage and develop a team of Commercial Operations analysts, driving analytical excellence and continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with IT, Data Engineering, and Finance Technology on infrastructure (Snowflake, Power BI governance)
Responsabilidades
  • 7+ years in commercial operations, BI, sales operations, or management reporting within a large global organisation; life sciences or healthcare experience preferred
  • Expert-level proficiency in Power BI, Snowflake, Excel (Power Query, Power Pivot, DAX), and SQL
  • Experience with Salesforce or CRM platforms preferred
  • Proven track record delivering automated reporting solutions and managing complex reporting transformation programmes
  • Strong experience presenting to senior leadership (VP/SVP/ELT/Board)
  • People management and stakeholder engagement across multiple regions
  • Excellent project and change management capabilities
  • English proficiency; additional languages advantageous
