• Develop and execute product compliance strategies to detect, review, and remove prohibited listings using automation and manual oversight.
• Create, update, and enforce Seller Policies and SOPs aligning with EU/local regulations and platform standards.
• Design scalable smart detection rules to flag high-risk products with high accuracy.
• Lead an operations team for manual reviews of listings, appeals, and seller reports.
• Define permissible product categories and required documentation or certifications, enforcing restrictions.
• Collaborate with Legal, Product, and Engineering to integrate new compliance requirements.
• Develop and implement UGC compliance strategies, including moderation workflows and policy enforcement for reviews, images, and videos.
• Build and optimize content policies, moderation processes, and tools for timely resolution of user reports and appeals.
• Partner with Product and Data teams to deploy UGC compliance tooling.
• Advise senior leadership on compliance risks, trends, and mitigations; drive data-informed process improvements; lead end-to-end compliance projects.

• 4+ years in compliance, trust & safety, or risk management in e-commerce or tech preferred
• Deep knowledge of EU e-commerce regulations (e.g., GPSR, DSA)
• Proficient in data-driven decision-making and experience with smart automation tools
• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Technology, or related field
• Fluent in English (written/spoken); Spanish proficiency a strong plus
• Ability to build policies, manage teams, and optimize workflows
• Strong problem-solving with business-centric approach
