As a Business Development Manager, you will drive new partnerships with ecommerce, retail, and cross-border consolidators in Spain and Portugal, shaping Cainiao’s distribution network. You will regularly engage prospects, including those without immediate deals, to grow the partner ecosystem and accelerate delivery solutions.Your work supports Cainiao’s mission to offer flexible, reliable delivery experiences at scale. You’ll collaborate with logistics and ecommerce stakeholders to create value and expand market coverage.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in parcel delivery and logistics
- Select and manage Cainiao's distribution partner network
- Maintain frequent contact with prospects to nurture opportunities, even when deals are not yet defined
- Collaborate with logistics and ecommerce teams to align solutions with partner needs
- Represent Cainiao in client-facing discussions and presentations
- Drive growth initiatives and contribute to sales targets
- 3–5 years of sales experience in parcel delivery services or similar transport solutions
- Fluent in English (C1)
- Own vehicle and geographic mobility
- Experience with logistics processes, systems and solutions
- Solid experience using a CRM system and MS Office
- Network of contacts within logistics departments of ecommerce, retail and cross-border consolidators with high volumes in Spain and/or Portugal
- Higher degree (Engineering, Business Administration, etc.)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Outgoing, upbeat and resourceful personality; self-starting and self-motivating
