In this role you will own and strengthen relationships with PHINIA’s key European clients, shaping commercial strategy and driving growth. You will interface with local account teams to deliver tailored, high-value solutions that expand market presence.
You’ll lead strategic account planning, executive reviews, and pricing strategy to secure long-term partnerships and sustainable revenue. Your work directly supports PHINIA’s mission to enable cleaner, more efficient solutions across industries.

This is a cross-functional, impact-driven role at a market-leading, sustainability-focused company.

  • Drive sustainable revenue and market share growth for PHINIA across defined international strategic accounts with pan-regional focus
  • Serve as the primary global interface for key accounts, aligning with local KAMs and regional teams
  • Create and execute global strategic account plans, identifying opportunities and profitable growth levers
  • Lead executive and operational reviews with strategic customers to strengthen partnerships and consistency
  • Perform competitive benchmarking and performance analysis to identify margin expansion opportunities
  • Coordinate international commercial initiatives and brand development with regional structures
  • Own pricing strategies and business cases in line with HQ guidance for market relevance
  • Oversee New To Range (NTR) and range coverage communications to maximize customer adoption
  • Champions customer engagement and satisfaction, addressing risks and unlocking value
Responsabilidades
  • Deep knowledge of the European market and pan-European business model
  • Experience managing complex high-value B2B customer relationships
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing strategic account plans
  • Strong financial understanding
  • Understanding of technical products
  • Familiarity with leading European industry players
  • Ability to work across international business cultures and build relationships
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Strong negotiation, influencing and problem-solving abilities
  • Strategic thinker with excellent organizational and multitasking skills
