In this role you will lead the global relationship and commercial strategy for a major OEM key account, driving long-term partnerships and cross-regional alignment. You will steer standardized commercial approaches, governance, and training to enable consistent global execution.You will act as the primary escalation point for commercial, quality, and project topics, shaping the account strategy and roadmaps. This position offers visibility at the executive level and the chance to influence growth opportunities in a multinational, collaborative environment.

- Lead and manage the global relationship with a major OEM customer, ensuring regional and functional alignment
- Establish and enforce standardized commercial approaches, including contracts, pricing frameworks, and governance models
- Act as the primary escalation point for all customer-related topics (commercial, quality, project execution)
- Develop and maintain account playbooks, stakeholder maps, and product/vehicle roadmaps to support strategic decisions
- Define and drive the global account strategy, presenting to the Executive Management Team
- Guide internal teams through frameworks, training, and best practices to engage with the customer
- Oversee global sales planning, ensuring forecasts, budgets, and mid-term planning inputs are accurate
- Collaborate cross-functionally with strategy, engineering, finance, and partnerships teams to shape offers and growth opportunities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 10+ years of experience in sales leadership within automotive, powertrain, or Tier 1 supplier environments
- Proven track record of managing and growing relationships with large OEM automotive customers
- Strong understanding of automotive sales cycles, contract structures, and market dynamics
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing global commercial strategies and processes
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and senior stakeholder management skills
- Strategic mindset with the ability to execute operationally in complex environments
- Strong analytical capabilities and experience with data-driven decision-making
