In this role, you will lead adoption of biosimilar products in Central Spain by building strong hospital partnerships and influencing prescribing and formulary decisions. You’ll apply strategic account management and negotiations to expand market presence and drive sales growth for our biosimilars portfolio.Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you provide decision-makers with insights and market intelligence to support widespread uptake. This position offers meaningful impact by shaping biosimilar access and establishing IQVIA’s biopharmaceutical client as a trusted leader in the sector.
Compensaciones / Beneficios- Manage commercial activities within the Central region
- Build trust and collaboration with hospital stakeholders to promote biosimilar adoption
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure decision-makers have necessary information for maximal adoption and prescribing
- Position the biopharmaceutical client as a trusted partner in biosimilars/biologics
- Collect and report market intelligence (competitor data, treatment patterns, prescribing criteria)
- Drive sales growth and market share in the region
- Proven experience as a Key Account Manager in pharmaceutical sales dealing with hospital specialists and pharmacists (2–3 years)
- Strong background in hospital pharmacy negotiations
- Fluency in Spanish and English
- Willingness to travel within the Central region
- Full driving license
- Educational background in Life Sciences or a Business/Health Economics-related degree (implied)
- Experience with biosimilars or biologics is highly desirable
