As an AI Transformation Lead, you will drive enterprise AI initiatives end-to-end, from strategy and use cases to hands-on development and deployment. You will shape AI products, architectures, and pipelines in a regulated banking environment, delivering measurable business value.You’ll collaborate with AI, Data, Engineering, and Business squads to scale AI systems and ensure risk-aware, production-grade delivery. Compensaciones / Beneficios- Identify high-impact AI opportunities across business units and translate them into scalable roadmaps
- Develop prototypes and production components in Python, including RAG pipelines and embeddings
- Design and deploy AI architectures (LLMs, vector DBs, agent frameworks, MLOps) and oversee lifecycle management
- Lead cross-functional squads and ensure production-grade performance, resilience, and latency targets
- Define success metrics, track KPIs, and drive stakeholder alignment and adoption
- Create structured prompts, guardrails, and evaluation frameworks; run experiments with telemetry and human feedback
- 3–4+ years in AI/ML, AI product, or AI transformation
- Experience deploying AI systems in production
- Experience in regulated environments (banking preferred)
- Strong Python development skills
- Hands-on with LLMs and prompt engineering; RAG architectures and vector databases
- Agentic workflows and orchestration frameworks
- MLOps and evaluation pipelines
- Cloud environments (AWS)
- Fluent English and Spanish
