• Lead execution of data-driven banking initiatives and oversee end-to-end product development in the data platform domain
• Co-create and align IT strategy with business leads; ensure delivery and compliance with tech standards
• Design resilient systems, manage incidents, and support production analysis to minimize downtime
• Define squad structures, engineering agreements, and product organization with business leadership
• Develop and mentor Data Engineers; advance engineering practices and quality over quantity
• Manage budgets, collaborate with finances and external providers, and drive transformations within the subdomain
• Ensure alignment with group standards and maintain service levels across all environments
• Foster a safe, collaborative, and continuous learning culture and drive cross-chapter collaboration
• Own end-to-end product ownership and optimize efficiency, governance, and time-to-market

• Engineering degree with minimum 10 years of experience
• Proactive leadership with architectural skills
• Experience in data projects based on public cloud technologies (Azure or GCP)
• AI adoption experience and AI development on public cloud
• Strong analytical, people management, and communication skills
• Negotiation and stakeholder management across the bank
• Ability to work autonomously and drive initiatives
• DevOps and Agile culture experience
