In this role you will steer Fever’s global creative strategy across all business verticals, aligning initiatives with company priorities. You will mentor Strategist Managers and ensure performance-driven, data-backed decision making. You will translate complex challenges into clear strategic directions, guiding cross-functional teams to execute with speed and impact.

  • Define scalable strategic systems, workflows, and methodologies for efficiency
  • Ensure cross-team alignment and visibility across initiatives
Responsabilidades
  • 8+ years of strategy experience (creative, brand, digital or growth) with proven impact in scaling teams and driving results
  • Strong leadership experience managing managers and cross-functional teams
  • Ability to connect business goals, data, and creativity into clear strategies
  • Analytical, performance-oriented mindset with data-driven decision experience
  • Experience with resource allocation, prioritization, and organizational design
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills to influence senior stakeholders
  • Experience building scalable frameworks, processes, and systems
  • Deep understanding of multi-channel ecosystems, digital trends, and consumer behavior
  • Ability to operate at both high-level strategy and hands-on execution
  • Comfort in a scale-up environment with ambiguity, speed, and change
  • Proactive, structured, and highly organized with strong ownership
