As Senior Account Manager for Safety Assessment, you oversee client relationships across Europe, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction in a global CRO. You will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions, expand the portfolio within assigned accounts, and build long-term partnerships.

You’ll operate remotely within the EU and act as the primary contact to optimize the client buying journey and share of wallet. This is an opportunity to shape safety assessment offerings for pharma and biotech clients while contributing to health outcomes.

  • Identify upselling opportunities to expand account reach and revenue
  • Understand client objectives and provide insights to support their success
  • Develop and maintain an Account Management plan with target opportunities and competitive analysis
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized safety assessment solutions
  • Establish and nurture client relationships to generate a strong sales pipeline
  • Qualify initial inquiries and progress opportunities within assigned accounts
  • Lead proposal and contract negotiations in partnership with Client Services
  • Coordinate with Subject Matter Experts to ensure a cohesive client experience
  • Document client information and opportunities in the CRM for accurate tracking
  • Represent the company at conferences and trade shows to generate leads
  • Complete sales and portfolio training to stay fluent in the Safety Assessment portfolio
  • Contribute to ongoing duties as assigned
Responsabilidades
  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences, sales, or related discipline
  • Significant experience in a commercially focused account management or sales role, preferably in CRO/Biotech/Pharma
  • Desirable: experience in Safety Assessment or Preclinical functions
  • Strong selling of scientific services
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel ~25%
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency with standard office software
  • Right to Work in the country of residence
