In this role you will lead a multidisciplinary data team to deliver scalable, high-quality Advanced Analytics and GenAI solutions. You will set technical direction, govern quality, and foster growth across data scientists, ML engineers, and GenAI developers within a squad model.You’ll partner with senior leaders to align analytics initiatives with business goals and drive measurable impact. This is a hands-on, strategic leadership role that shapes how data science creates value at scale in a global logistics context.

- Experience managing large, multicultural teams
- Proven track record leading cross-functional, multi-country change programs
- Familiarity with modern data science tools, CI/CD, TDD, automated acceptance testing
- Experience managing a portfolio of programs in a matrix structure and delivering customer value
- Strong communication skills with senior audiences and ability to influence change
