- PhD in Data Science, Computational Science, or related field with hands-on ML experience
- Proven ability to design and evaluate deep learning architectures
- Proficiency in Python and deep-learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Keras)
- Strong knowledge of scientific libraries (NumPy, SciPy, Pandas)
- Experience or affinity with cloud computing and MLOps
- Experience in predictive modeling and AI-assisted molecular design for small molecules (desired)
- Familiarity with biology or chemistry and ability to learn across domains
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and project management skills
- Track record of planning and delivering complex scientific projects
