Experteer Overview

As Director of Demand Generation, you will architect Thunes’ global revenue engine, leading a hands-on, high-growth demand gen function. You’ll bridge marketing strategy, digital execution, and sales performance to create a scalable, tech-enabled funnel.

You will own end-to-end lead lifecycle, from digital acquisition to qualified opportunities, ensuring ABM alignment across global accounts. This role offers impact across multiple regions, driving pipeline quality, velocity, and ROI in a complex fintech environment.

  • Lead end-to-end demand funnel, from target account identification to automated nurture and qualification
  • Oversee global paid media (LinkedIn) and organic growth; optimize for SEO, GEO, and AEO/GenAI-related initiatives
  • Drive Account Based Marketing (ABM) and strategic targeting using intent data (6sense) for Tier 1 accounts
  • Manage omnichannel campaigns and support field marketing for events and content activation
  • Lead and scale the global SDR team; standardize outbound playbooks and ensure rigorous lead qualification
  • Align with Sales Leadership and Enablement to refine lead quality and feedback loops
  • Oversee Marketing Operations for data integrity, lead SLAs, and tech integrations
  • Implement AI-driven workflows to automate research and personalize outreach at scale (Gemini, PeecAI, Zapier, Clay)
  • Own tech stack (Salesforce, Pardot, 6sense, Gong, DreamData) and drive single source of truth
  • Manage the Demand Gen budget and agency relationships with performance-based allocations
  • Maintain funnel tracking and attribution analyses using DreamData and GA4 to guide investments
Responsabilidades
  • 10+ years in B2B Demand Generation managing Digital Marketing, SDR, and Marketing Ops
  • Fintech or Payments experience preferred
  • Proficient with Salesforce, Pardot, 6sense, DreamData, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Gong, Gemini, Zapier, Popl, Apollo, Clay
  • Experience managing multi-million dollar marketing budgets in a high-growth context
  • Willingness to travel to hub offices in London and Barcelona
