- Recruit, hire and train sales staff on the sales process

- Engage at executive levels in enterprise accounts
- Coach for sales strategy and win-rate improvements
- Cross-functionally align with internal partners for consistent processes
- Manage corporate relationships and executive engagement to support success
- 15+ years of overall experience
- 5+ years of sales leadership in a high-growth SaaS company
- Proven track record in leading Account Executives
- Excellent presentation and executive engagement skills
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Self-starter in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in Spanish, Catalan and English
