Experteer Overview

In this role you will steer demand planning at the Business Unit level within Essity’s Consumer Tissue segment, shaping the strategy, processes, and governance for IBP and S&OP. You’ll lead a global demand planning community, drive transformation, and ensure transparent, assumption-based plans that support growth and business performance.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to align planning with global standards and decision forums, while advancing a safe and sustainable workplace culture. This is an opportunity to shape world-class demand plans and foster data-driven, end-to-end supply chain excellence.

Define and execute a BU-level demand planning strategy and IBP roadmap aligned with global standards
Lead IBP, S&OP, and long-term planning processes to deliver consensus, assumption-based plans

Coach and develop a global demand planning community across geographies
Act as the voice of demand in BU forums and cross-functional planning discussions
Drive transformation and standardization of demand planning processes across regions

Accelerate adoption of digital planning tools and stay aligned with industry trends
Collaborate with Demand Planning Excellence and process owners to deploy standardized processes

Responsabilidades

University degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field
10+ years of international leadership experience in Demand planning, S&OP and IBP in large, complex supply chains
Proven track record leading large-scale transformation with measurable business impact
Deep knowledge of forecasting methodologies, statistics, AI/ML forecasting and planning systems (e.g., SAP S/4, IBP, Anaplan)
Proven change leadership in complex matrix organizations
Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills
Experience leading in multicultural environments
Strong ability to lead, coach, and develop teams
