Process Excellence Manager

Experteer Overview

You guide process communities, set aspirational outcomes, and ensure compliance with standards and regulations. This is a chance to shape planning capabilities, leverage AI-enabled tools, and lead meaningful change in a global pharma supply chain.

• Lead process communities and/or projects or workstreams in large projects
• Engage teams in defining aspirational outcomes and metrics
• Collaborate with teams to co-create customer-centric, simple best-in-class processes
• Lead design and integration of new technical solutions (e.g. OMP, Agentic AI)
• Develop state-of-the-art knowledge and capabilities within the organization
• Define standards and global SOPs, manage reviews/audits and risks to ensure compliance with external laws and regulations

• Bachelor level degree in business or scientific field; master's preferred
• Strong understanding of end-to-end pharmaceutical supply chains
• Significant experience in Demand Planning, Supply (Network) Planning and Sales & Operations Execution
• Experience enabling IT systems (APO/OMP) and new technologies (AI)
• Advanced project leadership experience and BPM/Operational Excellence methods
• Ability to adapt to changing stakeholder needs and challenge the status quo
• Excellent communication and collaboration with diverse stakeholders and change leadership
• DSO and first VACC behaviors: entrepreneurial mindset and ownership
