Growth Lead (Hands-on)

Lead Odisei’s growth by owning revenue, channels, and experimentation across both hardware (electronic wind instruments) and software (Odisei Play, our learning/practice app).
This is a hands-on role blending strategy and execution, with a clear path to Head of Growth.
Tasks
🧠 What you’ll do- Define and execute the growth strategy across B2C and B2B
- Own our hardware + software flywheel: connect the dots between instrument sales and product usage/retention in the app
- Identify and prioritize high-leverage growth opportunities: channels, pricing, bundles, markets
- Run and optimize performance marketing (Meta, Google, TikTok)
- Improve funnels, CRO, checkout, and conversion rates
- Lead a continuous experimentation roadmap (weekly tests)
- Collaborate tightly with Sales, Product, and Tech
- Work with our Growth Engineer on technical implementations and tracking
- Coordinate with our Marketing Manager on content and visual production
- Track and report revenue, CAC, and ROI directly to the CEO
- Consistent MoM revenue growth
- CAC under control and improving
- Clear revenue attribution from growth initiatives
- Faster learning through experiments
- Clear, decision-ready reporting that drives priorities
Requirements
👤 Who you are- 3–8 years in Growth, Performance Marketing, or Growth Product roles
- Strong business mindset, you think in outcomes, not tasks
- Hands-on with data, fast execution, low ego.
- Comfortable in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
- Clear communicator and self-starter
- Fluent English (mandatory)
- Bonus: background or passion for music, hardware products, apps, or e-commerce
