In this Finance Team Lead role, you guide a team of Finance Consultants across Spain, France, Italy and Germany to deliver high-quality consulting services. You’ll partner with the Consultant Manager to enhance offerings, improve customer experiences, and support growth through cross-functional collaboration with Product, Customer Experience, Partners, and Marketing.You will drive service innovation, oversee multi-market projects, and optimize finance operations for clients. This is a hands-on leadership role that shapes how we deliver value in a fast-growing, multicultural environment.
Compensaciones / Beneficios- Lead and develop a team of Finance Consultants to ensure excellent client service
- Oversee end-to-end finance consulting projects with budget and timeline management
- Act as primary contact for stakeholders (Product, Customer Experience, Partners, Marketing) to identify opportunities for Finance Consultancy
- Design and implement innovative Finance Consultancy solutions leveraging best practices
- Monitor and optimize finance processes, ensuring compliance, efficiency and accuracy
- Promote Finance Consultancy services to generate leads and revenue growth
- Proven leadership with at least 2 years managing a team of 5+ people
- Strong background in finance/payroll consulting, HR consulting, or related field with project management and client engagement experience
- Extensive experience managing finance operations including compliance, automation, and process improvement
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for complex finance and compliance topics
- Strong problem-solving and strategic planning abilities for impactful solutions
- Proficiency in finance software, HRIS, and data analytics tools preferred
- Fluent in Spanish and English; additional languages a plus
