In this Legal Counsel role, you will safeguard the legal integrity of our Spanish entities while enabling informed business decisions. You’ll advise on contracts, regulatory compliance, and data protection, supporting cross‑border projects and group initiatives.Your work ensures products are launched safely in line with high legal standards. You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams to shape compliant consumer‑finance solutions and digital initiatives.
Compensaciones / Beneficios- Draft, review and amend contracts across consumer‑finance and liability products
- Analyze customer clauses for transparency and compliance with banking best practices
- Advise on regulatory requests, supervisory inspections and legislative developments
- Lead data‑privacy actions, including responses to the Spanish Data Protection Authority
- Support electronic contracting, cybersecurity and IP matters on the group digital platform
- Provide legal guidance throughout product design and validation projects
- Law degree (LL.B/LL.M) or equivalent; admission to the bar preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate/financial services law
- Proven expertise in contract drafting, regulatory compliance and data‑protection
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate legal risk into clear business advice
- Excellent English; fluent Spanish required (additional EU language a plus)
