In this role you will lead employment law support across ISA, guiding HR and business leaders through complex people matters. You will integrate with BCG's Global Legal Team to deliver practical, risk-aware advice and develop scalable legal resources.You will work on cross-border employment issues, immigration, and regulatory matters, shaping how the firm navigates a fast-changing global workforce. This position offers meaningful impact by balancing legal risk with business priorities while supporting a collaborative, international organization.
You will be at the forefront of legal innovation within a top-tier consulting firm.
Compensaciones / Beneficios- Provide end-to-end employment law support across the full employee lifecycle
- Advise HR and business leadership on complex people matters with a business-focused approach
- Coordinate with ISA People teams to align policies and decision-making
- Collaborate within BCG's Global Legal Team to resolve complex HR and employment issues
- Partner on global projects with the employment COE
- Develop and maintain Legal Team IP, including templates and materials
- Manage external counsel and advisory providers
- Perform other duties as assigned
- 8+ years PQE in labor and employment law
- Spanish qualified employment lawyer
- In-house experience preferred in a complex international organization
- Fluency in English and Spanish (other languages a plus)
