- Serve as primary contact for client managers
- Support People Processes and Initiatives
- Lead complex People Projects across functions and regions
- Build strong relationships with internal clients
- Identify gaps, propose changes to mitigate risks
- Facilitate stakeholder groups to derive optimal solutions for employees
- Partner with leaders on development and succession planning
- Align stakeholder structures with company policy
- Strong interpersonal, influencing, and decision-making skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proactive team-player with growth mindset
- Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese and English
- Experience in HR management in retail (beneficial)
- Broad HR experience in a generalist role
- Knowledge of Employment law in Spain and Portugal
- Experience handling confidential information
