Experteer Overview
As a Senior HR Business Partner for our Spanish organization, you align people strategy with business goals and regulatory requirements. You’ll partner with local leadership to drive talent, performance, and organizational change that supports our global HR programs.You’ll use data-driven insights to influence workforce planning and risk management while collaborating across cross-functional teams. This role offers the chance to shape leadership capabilities, employee engagement, and local implementation of global HR initiatives in a multinational, mission-driven company.
Compensaciones / Beneficios- Act as a trusted HR advisor to local leadership and management teams, translating business strategy into people initiatives
- Support workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, talent strategies, and leadership decision-making through data-driven insights
- Drive performance management, skill development, and succession planning while identifying and mitigating talent risks in collaboration with Talent Acquisition
- Support recruitment activities as needed, including posting vacancies, processing applications, interviewing, and reference checks
- Build leadership and management capability to foster an open, inclusive environment and higher engagement
- Provide guidance on employee relations matters and ensure compliance with local employment laws and company policies
- Support organizational change and transformation initiatives and communication efforts
- Contribute to compensation and reward processes, including bonus processes, salary reviews, and market analysis
- Support local implementation of global HR programs and collaboration with HR Centers of Excellence
- Use HR analytics and reporting to support business decisions and monitor workforce trends
- Drive HR projects and improve existing processes
- Implement engagement activities initiated by Global HR while addressing local needs
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field
- 5-10 years' progressive HR Business Partner experience in a multinational or matrix context (preferred)
- Knowledge of local employment law and HR best practices
- Strategic, business-oriented mindset with strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Cross-cultural sensitivity and confidentiality in communication
- Experience documenting processes, procedures, and handbooks for operations
- Fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written)
