In this role you will serve as the senior People & Talent partner for the Madrid office and the EMEA Technical Services population. You will shape talent strategy, lead succession and performance calibration, and align local practices with global People & Talent standards.You’ll coach leaders, drive engagement insights, and support complex employee relations across Spain and the region. This position offers visible impact on organizational design, workforce planning, and leadership capability in a fast-scaling, customer-facing tech environment.

- Lead annual talent reviews, succession planning, and performance calibration
- Anticipate future capability needs in a scaling technical environment
- Support change, transformation, and restructuring initiatives when needed
- Strengthen performance management practices and coach leaders through development conversations
- Identify and develop high-potential talent, focusing on retention and growth
- Translate engagement insights into actionable plans
- Support and manage employee relations matters across Spain and other EMEA countries
- Act as the Madrid site leader and foster an inclusive, high-engagement culture
- Ensure alignment between global People practices and local implementation
- 12+ years of progressive HR experience in multinational B2B SaaS or enterprise tech
- Experience advising Director and VP-level stakeholders in customer-facing or technical settings
- Proven track record in talent reviews, succession planning, performance calibration, organizational design, and workforce planning
- Solid knowledge of Spanish labour law; exposure to other EMEA countries a plus
- Strong business acumen and influencing senior stakeholders
- Analytical, data-informed approach
- Business-level fluency in Spanish and English
