Experteer Overview
In this global role you will analyze Bacardi’s current commercial execution and tools, then deliver insights and a roadmap to embed executional excellence. You will align processes with AVQPAP principles across Commercial ways of working and support the SFA/CRM platform rollout.You’ll work with cross-functional teams to identify pain points, drive KPI-focused improvements, and enable scalable commercial capabilities. This position offers impact through shaping how planning translates to frontline execution in a fast-moving beverage environment.
Compensaciones / Beneficios- Analyze AS IS commercial execution processes from planning to frontline implementation, including SFA/CRM solutions
- Support development of future Commercial Sales Enablement tools and roadmaps with GPO/GPL and Commercial Tech teams
- Collaborate cross-functionally to identify issues and opportunities across planning to execution
- Provide detailed analyses and actionable insights with KPIs for Commercial Execution
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends and best practices to inform recommendations
- Propose a consistent commercial glossary and language
- Advise GPO/GPL on decision-making with expert recommendations
- Facilitate knowledge sharing across functions and roll out TO BE processes and future SFA/CRM platforms
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related advanced degree
- Significant experience in commercial leadership roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional environments
- Experience deploying commercial process improvements
- Strong change management and stakeholder engagement at Market/Region levels
- Strategic thinker with strong communication and governance capabilities
- Experience with agile transformation methodologies
- Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken)
