Compensaciones / Beneficios- Design and implement the Sales Excellence framework for Modern Trade (execution standards, KPIs, best practices)
- Ensure excellence in in-store execution: assortment, planograms, pricing, promotions, visibility, and availability
- Define and track key commercial and operational performance indicators (KPIs)
- Lead continuous improvement projects to optimize commercial and execution processes
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, CSu0026E, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance
- Analyze market data, sell-out performance, and shopper insights to support decision-making
- Minimum 5 years in commercial roles, trade marketing, sales excellence or similar in top FMCG companies in Spain
- Strong experience in the Modern Trade channel (large retail chains, supermarkets, organized retailers)
- Deep understanding of point-of-sale execution and FMCG commercial model
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience in project management and organizational change
- Excellent communication and influencing skills across multidisciplinary teams
- Structured, results-oriented profile with a continuous improvement mindset
