As Data Manager for Product Analytics at Preply, you will lead a Monetization Product Analytics team and shape the strategy for our subscription model, payments, and scheduling experience. You’ll work with cross-functional squads to translate data into actionable product improvements and foster data literacy across the organization.Your leadership will drive measurable impact and help elevate data-driven decision making across the business.

- Shape strategy for the subscription model, payments operations, and learner scheduling experience
- Analyze tutor/learner interactions across the user journey (booking, subscriptions, payments)
- Lead strategic data projects and promote self-service analytics
- Enable impact measurement and prioritize the product roadmap with data
- Collaborate with Data & Analytics Engineers to standardize methodologies, tools and best practices
- Define tracking events, engagement metrics and KPIs
- 3+ years leading analytics and data science teams with coaching and mentoring experience
- 4+ years hands-on analytics experience as an individual contributor
- Proven ability to set high standards and foster accountability and curiosity
- Experience defining team strategy and aligning analytics with business objectives
- Experience with experimentation platforms and AB test design/evaluation
- Hands-on with advanced analytics (causal inference, predictive modeling, attribution) and SQL, Python/R
- BI platform experience (Amplitude, Looker, Snowflake, Data Bricks or similar)
- Proven ability to drive change management and embed analytics into product culture
- Passion for deriving insights from user behavior and business metrics
