- Collaborate with data science teams to convert human workflows into concrete product requirements and multi-agent system designs
- Prioritize competing initiatives and allocate resources to enable technology-enabled regulatory solutions
- Identify opportunities where generative AI can transform document generation, QC, and regulatory interactions
- Work with cross-functional teams to align product vision with global regulatory objectives and business outcomes
- Lead agile product delivery from concept to launch and iteration for regulatory workflow tools
- Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics; ensure data integrity and compliance in tools
- Coordinate with data science, regulatory, and design-thinking teams in a matrixed environment
- Present updates and strategic recommendations to senior leaders in Data Science and Global Regulatory Affairs
- Advise on adoption and change management of new AI-enabled technologies across regulatory teams
- 10+ years in product management, with 3–5+ years leading teams and 5+ years of hands-on product management experience
- 3+ years in a pharmaceutical/biotech clinical development environment
- Strong understanding of global regulatory submission processes (FDA, EMA, PMDA) and compliance
- Experience with developing or deploying generative AI tools, including prompt engineering, RAG, knowledge graphs, and agent-based approaches
- Proven track record applying agile methodologies, product analytics, and user-centered design to translate regulatory requirements into specs
