In this hybrid role, you will lead AI-driven analytics across the manufacturing value chain, focusing on advanced models, predictive maintenance, and behavioral analytics to boost throughput and resilience. You’ll design and refine analytics components, collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders, and deploy solutions that improve agility, service levels, and cost efficiency.You will also build intelligent tools for timely alerts and actionable insights to accelerate decision-making. Expect leadership of a data science team and close partnership with data engineers to deliver scalable, production-ready outcomes.
Compensaciones / Beneficios- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models for manufacturing applications (e.g., production scheduling, predictive maintenance)
- Oversee data cleaning, preprocessing, and feature engineering for high‑quality model inputs
- Implement orchestration frameworks/pipelines (e.g., Kedro) to automate simulation, optimization, and analytics workflows
- Collaborate with engineering to deploy models in microservice architectures using FastAPI and integrate with manufacturing execution
- Perform linear and nonlinear optimization, scenario simulation, and advanced analytics for strategic and tactical decisions
- Translate complex data science outputs into actionable insights for manufacturing leadership
- Lead a data science team in the manufacturing domain, mentoring best practices, code quality, and growth
- 7+ years in Data Science with a proven AI/ML track record
- Strong Python expertise and experience with FastAPI
- Hands-on with orchestration tools like Kedro or similar
- Experience in data cleaning, feature engineering, and advanced analytics
- Background in linear optimization and predictive modeling
- Familiarity with AI/ML applications in consumer insights or related domains
