In this role, you drive the indirect channel to grow Orthopaedics partnerships and adoption of advanced technologies, including robotics. You’ll shape the channel strategy, enable distributors and TPIs, and translate technology value into compelling commercial value.

  • Define and execute the indirect channel strategy to accelerate growth, gain market share and improve profitability
  • Identify business opportunities in Orthopaedics and related technologies
  • Lead complex commercial negotiations to maximize value and capture growth
  • Design and implement KPIs, incentives, and acceleration plans
  • Drive Orthopaedics growth through the channel and promote adoption of advanced technologies (robotics)
  • Translate technology value into strong commercial arguments and equip TPIs to promote and drive adoption
  • Lead channel transformation and change management, managing conversations with distributors and agents
  • Improve operational efficiency, scalability, and productivity through standardized operating models
  • Track performance via KPIs and data analysis; collaborate with sales, marketing, pricing, market access, finance and operations
Responsabilidades
  • 5+ years in business development, sales or channel management
  • Proven track record in commercial growth and negotiations
  • Experience in Orthopaedics valued (hip and knee prosthesis)
  • Growth mindset and results orientation
