In this role you will identify business opportunities and customer pain points in Europe’s retail, e-commerce, logistics, and manufacturing sectors. You will promote warehouse automation and climbing robot solutions, collaborating with presales and delivery teams to design integrated offerings.You will own commercial communication, bids, contracts, and key account management, driving localization and strategy across the European market. You will optimize acquisition channels, build scalable sales mechanisms, and help the business hit its targets while strengthening enterprise partnerships.
This is a hands-on, impact-driven opportunity to shape growth in logistics tech across Europe.
Compensaciones / Beneficios- Identify business opportunities and customer pain points in Europe across retail, e-commerce, logistics, and manufacturing.
- Promote and position warehouse automation, climbing robots, and related logistics technology products.
- Collaborate with presales and delivery teams to design integrated solutions and manage commercial communication, bidding, and contract signing.
- Own key account relationships and regional/industry sub-segment analysis to inform strategy.
- Develop localized sales strategies for Europe and work toward achieving sales targets.
- Leverage experience in developing large enterprise (B2B) customers with a partnership mindset, execution, and goal orientation.
- Optimize customer acquisition channels, analyze products/industries/org structures, and improve the sales system to meet business objectives.
- Over 3 years of experience selling supply chain and logistics technology solutions, with strong expertise in warehouse automation or climbing robot systems.
- Solid knowledge of enterprise (key account) sales in Europe, with established customer relationships and resources in the region.
- Based locally in Europe; resilient under pressure, proactive problem-solver, adaptable to different business models.
- Proficient in English; knowledge of Chinese or other European languages (German, French, Dutch, etc.) is a plus.
