- Prepare recurring financial reports and dashboards
- Analyze revenue, margins, and KPIs and identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Provide data-driven analysis for commercial/operational decisions and profitability projects
- Support adherence to financial controls, audits, and process simplification initiatives
- Contribute to finance transformation and continuous improvement initiatives
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field
- 1-3 years of relevant finance experience (FPu0026A, Controlling, Audit, or Accounting)
- Strong analytical mindset and advanced Excel skills
- Experience with Power BI and ERP systems is a plus (Power BI, SAP, Oracle, or alike)
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Effective communication with finance and non-finance stakeholders
- Proactive team player open to learning and development
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
